Our franchise model is based on revenue from trainings provided and testing center services.
We are not offering pre-school or junior school style models here. The structure below reflects our actual business model.

- All above mentioned amounts are non-refundable except the security amount.
- MOU amount is due at the time of confirmation or booking of a specific area.
- Franchise fee is due before the opening of the center.
- Monthly royalty will be calculated on total received revenue.
Terms & Conditions
Franchise Agreement
The franchise agreement is valid for 3 years and is renewable upon mutual consent and satisfactory performance review.
Territory Exclusivity
Each franchisee is granted a defined territory. No other franchise will be opened within the agreed radius during the contract period.
Curriculum & Branding
Franchisees must use the official TSN Digital Academy curriculum, branding, and student management system at all times.
Quality Standards
Centers must maintain minimum infrastructure: computer lab, stable internet, projector, and a licensed examination room.
Staff Requirements
At least one certified trainer per course must be on-staff. TSN Academy provides initial trainer certification at no extra cost.
Revenue Reporting
Monthly revenue reports must be submitted by the 5th of each month. Royalty is due by the 10th of each month.
Exam Proctoring
Only franchisee staff trained and authorized by TSN Academy may proctor certification exams. All sessions are logged in the LMS.
Termination
TSN Academy reserves the right to terminate the franchise in case of brand misuse, exam irregularities, or non-payment of dues.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved by mutual negotiation first. If unresolved, the matter will be referred to arbitration under Pakistani law.
Amendments
TSN Academy may update these terms with 30 days written notice to all active franchise partners.
